We’re looking for a marketing professional to deliver the recruitment activity for a major new research project in the Education Department which is funded by the Education Endowment Foundation and the Wellcome Trust. The research project (KEEP Teaching) is a randomised control trial, looking at ways to increase physics teacher retention in England.

The role

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all marketing, promotional and awareness activity for the project, for example, disseminating materials to key audiences and attending events to promote the project
  • Monitoring and analysing the success of recruitment activity, identifying and making improvements where appropriate
  • Reporting on expenditure for marketing activity
  • Collecting and manging participant data in line with compliant data management processes

The person

We’re looking for a creative and solutions-focussed professional with marketing experience. They will be a very strong communicator, with the ability to influence others, through both wide-reaching copy and one-to-one conversations. The post holder will thrive in a target driven environment.
