We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support a major new research project in the Education Department which is funded by the Education Endowment Foundation and the Wellcome Trust. The research project (KEEP Teaching) is a randomised control trial, looking at ways to increase physics teacher retention in England.

The role

The Project Coordinator will:

  • Liaise with schools and teachers taking part in the project
  • Help to create written guidance for schools
  • Provide administrative support to the project including answering routine enquiries, meeting coordination and project documentation control.

They will also contribute to general project activity such as monitoring project targets and reporting risks/issues as appropriate.

The person

We’re looking for a strong communicator with experience or understanding of the education sector, who will be able to confidently liaise with schools. The job holder will also be a proactive team player, able to balance and organise a varied workload.
