**Pension Auto Enrolment 

The Company’s pension scheme operates on an ‘auto-enroll’ basis which means we are required by law to auto enroll all eligible staff into the pension scheme. On joining you will be asked if you would like to opt in to the Pension Scheme and select your contribution rate. However, all eligible staff will be auto enrolled after 3 months of joining if not already in the scheme.

How will I be working?

The Institute of Physics is an inclusive employer and our people are at the heart of our approach to delivery. You will be allocated a ‘base’ office which can also be a chosen place of work.
