**Pension Auto Enrolment 

The Company’s pension scheme operates on an ‘auto-enroll’ basis which means we are required by law to auto enroll all eligible staff into the pension scheme. On joining you will be asked if you would like to opt in to the Pension Scheme and select your contribution rate. However, all eligible staff will be auto enrolled after 3 months of joining if not already in the scheme.
 

And the practical things you’ll need to know...

Our normal hours of work are 35 hours a week, with an hour for lunch. We work Monday to Friday. We pay you monthly, on the 25th of each month, or the last working day if the 25th falls on a Bank Holiday or weekend. We normally review salaries annually, and any changes normally become effective from 1 January. When you join us, we usually put in place a six month probationary period to make sure we’re all getting along well before making things permanent.
