We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Salesforce to support our Digital and Delivery Data department as a Salesforce Administrator at the Institute of Physics.

The role

This is an exciting role that will give the opportunity to develop and support the delivering of transformation process through daily management of Salesforce.

The role will require taking responsibilities to support the on-going development of Salesforce across the organisation, delivering training and support to all new and existing users for new features and functionality as well as Analysing current processes as well as new functionality, making and implementing approved recommendations for improvements to streamline business process and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Salesforce is developed to respond appropriately to business needs.
  • Supporting Salesforce as the single data management system in the organisation, ensuring users are able to make the most of Salesforce
  • Delivering daily administration of Salesforce such as, managing workflow rules, formula fields, approval and escalation rules, and provision of user support and training to users with varying levels of familiarly and engagement, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration. 

The Person

We are looking for a proactive and an experienced Salesforce Administrator and comprehensive knowledge of CRM and databases. They must have strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mind-set; always seeking ways to improve current processes and databases. 

They must be able to demonstrate customer focus behaviours, functional/ technical skills, personal learning and the ability to manage and measure work.
